This weekend, Miami is celebrating the birth of one of its favorite party locals — Omar Rosario. Most of you might know Omar as part of the group throwing some of the most memorable parties at places like LIV and The Surfcomber Pool during WMC, but we here at mybeatFix know him for much more than that. As one of the coolest, most laidback dudes to party with, Omar is always down for a good time. And in leiu of that, we feel obligated to make sure that everyone knows about the wild party thats being thrown in honor of his birthday.
This Sunday, some of Miami’s finest local talent is getting together to provide some of the best music that our beautiful city has to offer. Patrick M, Alex Sapir, Cocodrills, Alx & Gabriel Alvarez, Ms Mada, Robert Tellier and Chung are all invading Villa 221 on Sunday for our buddy’s celebration. The party, properly titled “Backyard Tech Monsters”, will provide guests with a full day of nothing but the grooviest, deep tech house.
The party is scheduled for 3pm to 11pm and cover is just $10 all day long. During WMC, Villa 221 hosted some amazing parties which made it a great choice for this event. The venue is in fact a villa right outside of Downtown Miami. The two buildings and outside patio can accomodate up to 2000 guests, while the residential architecture preserves the intimate feel of a birthday bash.
Omar has most likely had a hand in throwing some of the parties you have attended and loved for so many years in Miami, so now it’s our chance to show our appreciation and go enjoy the great music and party being thrown for his birthday. Catch you all on the dance floor!
