Rarely do DJs get entire club nights to themselves nowadays. However, the guys at Opium Group have come to realize that this duo can rock a dance floor for hours on end without any help. Tomorrow night Mansion has invited Alex Sapir and our resident DJ, Robert Tellier to be the latest installment in their attempt to bring a deeper, and more underground sound and crowd to their nightclub.
After a rocky experience with Dennis Ferrer (its been talked about enough) the club seems to be redeeming itself. Mansion seems to be loosening its “commercial rule” after having Shaun Reeves and Art Department last week, Alex and Robert this week, and promises of more parties geared towards the music and not the mass appeal.
Regardless of the night and venue everybody knows by now that when Alex and Robert are in the booth its sure to be a fun party. With six hours to themselves they’re sure to go on a full on journey from deep to tech and even touches of after hour and classic sounds. See you on the dance floor people!
