Their chemistry is undeniable, and their charm indisputable.
Lee Burridge and Matthew Dekay played for the first time together at their All Day I Dream party at The BPM Festival of 2012. We deemed their back-to-back set at Mamita’s Beach Club in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, the best of the 10-day event. It was a daylong ride of deep and tech house amidst a serene background of glowing lanterns and flowing fabric that left the crowd mesmerized and craving more.
But the pair has been working together in the studio long before they ever met behind the decks. With releases already on Cecille, Cr2 Records and their own brainchild, All Day I Dream Records, the guys assure us that they have more to come in 2012.
We linked up with Burridge and Dekay to talk a bit more about how they met, and the All Day I Dream party.
mybeatFix was thrilled to hear that our friends at SAFE are bringing Mr. Burridge to the Electric Pickle this Friday, Feb. 3 – the perfect chance to see him before Winter Music Conference.
