As the third release on Maceo Plex’s new label, Ellum Audio, Odd Parents bring us a four-track EP of disco-ey house that has got us bustin’ new-age Travolta moves on the dancefloor. With two delicious remixes by Catz ‘n Dogz and Martin Dawson, the Fame EP, including the Odd Parents’ original tracks “Fame” and “Silk & Wine”, is full of engulfing basslines, lively melodies and straight-up funk.
This year looks promising for the Spain-based American duo, consisting of Plex’s buddies Marksy and Alta, who have more releases underway on Ellum.

Concept or theme behind EP: No concept or theme, really. Just hanging and being sleazy. 
EP production experience: We thought of remixers right away! Catz ‘n Dogz were into the idea and happened to be in the studio with M. Dawson. The rest just happened naturally. They delivered two amazing remixes!
Favorite Track of the EP: Sweet Saturday remix is PHAT!!! we like that . But, also Silk & Wine feels real good.
