The faces swarming Treehouse last Friday matched Philip Jung’s tracklist – both familiar and new. It was a night of Get-ting Physical presented by LINK with Jung, Delete and opener Ms. Mada. And the crowd refused to die. Nearing 5 a.m., the dancefloor was still packed solid.
There wasn’t an encore, but it would have been difficult for Philip Jung of M.A.N.D.Y. and Delete to replicate such an incredible ending to their back-to-back set. Jaws dropped and hearts fluttered as they ripped a track using a sample from the Elvis Presley cover of “You Give Me Fever” – three minutes that replayed in my head for days to come.
